Rented a Xpulse for 8 days. Everything about this rental was outstanding. The motorcycle first of all was almost new and very well maintained. Had zero issues in trip. This by itself would have given 5 stars. In addition to this, the service and responsiveness from the owner Deepesh was outstanding. He responded back in a timely manner and was on time with drop off and pick up. He went the extra mile i having the motorcycle drop off to my hotel for a very nominal fee and also made arrangements to pick up motorcycle from another city. He gave me 2 extra tubes on my request and did not charge as I didn't use it. Also, as promised, he returned the deposit as there was no damages.

Had a great experience with the Torq Rides team. They are quite professional and polite people. Mishu and Dipesh ensure that their customers have a great experience. I had a hassle free bike delivery and pick up experience. The bike was very well maintained and I did not face any issues with it during my 800+kms ride. Their bike range is quite good and the bikes are well maintained. The pricing seems fair and the security deposit and rental were handled very promptly and professionally. Very convenient handover and takeover of bike. Meeshu and deepesh are very nice and true person. Gave us bike in best condition. Our trip was of around 600km but the bike (enfield) did not troubled at all..it was smooth ride. Price also comparatively cheap as i generally know that rest of rented bikes, even if we pay less the people false accuse but torq rides were very genuine. Another trip coming soon.
